The Thali Cafe website

Thali Cafe used Slingshot Design to programme a bespoke WordPress theme. WordPress is a brilliant platform that can be used as a content management system (CMS) and enables website owners to edit their websites easily. WordPress out of the box is brilliant and in the hands of experienced WordPress developers – like Slingshot Design – can be used to build almost any kind of website. The result is a website that is robust and future proofed.

The Thali Cafe website is responsive which means that works on mobile phones, tablets and computers. We design websites, calling upon our many years of experience in the graphic design industry. We also program websites for several other graphic design agencies and so in this case, the Thali Cafe website was designed by a former Slingshot graphic designer – Rik Cooper, before being programmed by the Slingshot programmers.

We are very customer focused so as well as making the website look great, we added a few extra functions to WordPress to make it as easy as possible for the Thali Cafe team to edit their website. We really want our customers to be in control of their websites so we put a lot of effort in to making it as easy as possible.
